Kids & Family Sound Bath

This kids and family workshop is ideal for ages 6+. Activities include mindfulness, creative crafts, and a sound bath with crystal singing bowls.

Every Second Saturday of Summer from 10:30am-12pm

July 11th – “Sounds of the Ocean” Experience a sound healing session that encourages balance and regulation in the body-mind and create your own ocean drum to use at home!
